2014 #4 Raspberry's Seraphim Lace Cardigan

Another little sweater for Miss R.  I bought the yarn intending to make the Baby Belle Cardigan but I really wasn't that taken with the pattern so I dived into my pattern files and found this one.

It is a very simple pattern and knitted up very quickly.  The body is knitted all in one from the bottom up.  Then the sleeves are knitted flat and seamed together afterward.  this has the advantage that it is easy to sew the underarm together without any gaping holes. Very neat.

The colour was a little duller and darker than I expected but I am still happy with the result.
